A few weeks ago we announced the launch of a brand new creative festival called SohoCreate, a three day festival that celebrates the home to the UK’s biggest creative industries. Now it has been announced that Soho Theatre, The Groucho Club, Shaftesbury PLC, Coutts and The GREAT Britain Campaign will be the event partners.
Yes, the Tom Harvey-created festival has partnered up with some of London’s biggest players in the creative industry and will collaborate with the festival to play host to some of the events that will see the world’s biggest creatives getting together to share their wisdom, experiences and ideas. The festival will take place 4-6 June 2014 in the heart of Soho.
One of the event partners Soho Theatre has spoken about the partnership with SohoCreate. The theatre is one of the biggest champions for new writing and comedy in London. Associate Director Nina Steiger said the Theatre was ‘proud’ to be taking part:
“Soho Theatre are proud to be part of the inaugural SohoCreate Festival. It’s a great opportunity to showcase and celebrate the creative industries in our neighbourhood and it promises to be an event that furthers our commitment to supporting and sustaining the work of artists and reaching new audiences.”
Tickets for SohoCreate are set to go on sale late March.
