The film sees Veronica (Kristen Bell) dragged back into the murky world of the private detective after high-school flame Logan (Jason Dohring) becomes a suspect in a murder enquiry. The film begins with Veronica attending her high-school reunion and the film itself will act as a reunion for the cast and crew.

The TV Show on which the film is based first aired in 2004 and, although only running for two seasons, was beloved by the many who watched it. In fact it was the fans incessant campaigning that saw the KickStarter fund rolling – amassing it’s entire target funding in less than twenty-four hours. Viewers will be pleased to hear that pretty much everyone who was in the original show will make an appearance, giving it a very nostalgic feel.

VERONICA MARS will be released 14th March in the US with a limited UK release to follow afterwards.
