Sony Pictures have released two brand new featurettes from their forthcoming superhero sequel, THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2. They follow that exciting 4 minute look at the film during the SuperBowl and offer further insight into the problems faced by our favourite friendly neighbourhood wall-crawler and his alter-ego Peter Parker.
Marc Webb returns to helm the rebooted franchise, which will have Andrew Garfield back in the spandex and fighting his love for Gwen Stacy (Emma Stone) as well as the physicality of villains Elecro (Jamie Foxx), Rhino (Paul Giamatti) and Harry Osborne (Dane DeHaan).
THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2 will swing into UK cinemas from 18th April and the US on the 2nd May 2014. It co-stars B.J. Novak, Denis Leary, Sally Field, Martin Sheen, Chris Zylka, Colm Feore, Marton Csokas, Felicity Jones, Chris Cooper and Sarah Gadon.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
