Wonderful Trailer For Steph Green’s Indie Comedy ‘Run & Jump’

I’m a sucker for a good positive-vibe indie project so if that opening gambit doesn’t float your boat already, you might not want to stay with us for RUN & JUMP but do…because I think you should.

Steph Green was Oscar-nominated for her 2009 short NEW BOY and has now taken on the grand path of her directorial feature debut. RUN & JUMP was co-written with another newcomer Ailbhe Keogan for their story that focuses around American doctor Ted (Will Forte) who travels to Ireland to study the Casey family after 38-year-old Conor (Edward MacLiam) suffers a stroke which changes his personality, which then leaves wife and mother Vanetia (played by the wonderful Maxine Peak) to run the show.

I think there’s a beautiful, underlying story to tell here about family, yourself and the changes that happen when you least expect. Check out the trailer below and head here if you’d like more info:

RUN & JUMP is out now in the USA in selected cinemas, in the Netherlands on 17th April with more dates to be confirmed.
