On Saturday morning, THN ventured down to the Vue in Leicester Square to attend a special gala screening of MR. PEABODY AND SHERMAN, which opens across the UK this coming Friday.
MR. PEABODY AND SHERMAN is an all-new comedy adventure for the whole family. Emmy Award winner Ty Burrell (Modern Family) voices Mr. Peabody, the world’s smartest person who happens to be a dog. Mr. Peabody is a business titan, inventor, scientist, Nobel Laureate, gourmand, Olympic medalist, genius – and the world’s smartest, most-accomplished talking dog. Using his most ingenious invention, the WABAC machine, Mr. Peabody and his adopted human son Sherman, voiced by Max Charles (The Amazing Spider-Man), hurtle back in time to experience world-changing events first-hand. But when Sherman breaks the rules of time travel, our two heroes find themselves in a race to repair history – and save the future.
Check out our video and photos from the special event, featuring interviews with voice of the WABAC machine Leila Birch, and Peter Andre, who provides the song ‘Kid’ for the film’s soundtrack.
