The sequel series to one of the TV shows that made TV cool again, 24, has added two more cast members to its pretty solid acting ensemble. The series, 24: Live Another Day follows Jack Bauer, now an exile being tracked by the CIA. Kiefer Sutherland returns in his most famous role while two Brits have just joined the cast. ATTACK THE BLOCK’s John Boyega has joined the show in a recurring role, while everyone’s favourite Englishman, Stephen Fry, will take on the role of the British Prime Minister.
24 ran from 2001 -2010, with each season taking place in real time over the course of a single day. There was a TV movie in 2008, and the sequel series look set to pick up from where the original left off. The cast already includes Yvonne Strahovski, Benjamin Bratt, Giles Matthey, William Devane, Tate Donovan, Kim Raver, Gbenga Akinnagbe, Mary Lynn Rajskub, Michael Wincott and Judy Davis.
24: Live Another Day begins broadcasting on 5th May.
