Because you haven’t had enough rumours, speculation and news regarding STAR WARS: EPISODE VII , we thought it was a wonderful time to get you a little more but, in our defense, this one has a little more gravity than previous announcements.
With Friday Night Lights and Breaking Bad behind him, it’s been noticed that Jesse Plemons has been asked to return and audition for J.J. Abrams for a lead role in the massive re-launch (?) of the STAR WARS universe and franchise. The 25-year-old has already sent in a tape but now is being picked up and taken to the director for the film that should also see original stars Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford return to some form of role.
People over on TheWrap have heard from a number of solid sources and we’re all wondering if he’ll be a perfect fit for Luke Skywalker’s offspring, especially as he has a similar look for sure. We’ll keep an eye out for more news and we’re all waiting for that official news over any casting to be honest, bar R2-D2. I bet we see someone from Lost though.
Disney is scheduled to release STAR WARS: EPISODE VII onto the world from December 18th, 2015.
