Charlie Brooker Confirms Two More ‘Black Mirror’ Episodes

Toby Kebbel In 'The Entire HIstory Of You'

It looks like we won’t be seeing the last of Charlie Brooker’s emotionally exhausting BLACK MIRROR any time soon, as he confirmed that there will be at least two more episodes on the way.

Speaking on Lauren Laverne’s BBC Radio 6Music show, Brooker confirmed that two more helpings are on the way, saying that they would follow suit of previous BLACK MIRROR episodes of being dark and dystopian. However he could not confirm just when we would be getting them. He went on to say:

‘There’s going to be some and then there’s going to be some more – you’ll get one helping and then there’ll be another helping.”

Useful! He did talk about the news that IRON MAN’s Robert Downey Jr. had bought the film rights to the episode ‘The Entire History Of You’:

‘I’m not really involved in that – that was Jesse Armstrong’s episode. People always mention that, like I’m now best mates with Robert Downey Jr. I’ve never met him!’

He did not rule out any future film adaptations of the episode though:

“We’ve had all sorts of conversations along those lines. They’re high-concept ideas and that’s the sort of thing that lends itself to being remade as a film.”

What BLACK MIRROR episode do you think would make the best film?
