THN would love to share that the London Short Film Festival will run from January 10th-19th at venues across London and will features over 300 new short films from British filmmakers as well as a programme of retrospectives, special events and panel discussions.
This year also sees a record breaking 32 programmes of new shorts for the festival with themes as varied at God’s Lonely Men to Teenage Girls go Crazy to The Gothic & The Grotesque. If you want to see the best short films produced in the past year then you’re going to want to check out what they’ve got screening.
The rest of the programme sees LSFF turn London’s venues into a canvas with live music and film events, retrospectives of prolific filmmakers including Jane Linfoot, Eva Weber and Tony Grisoni as well as a series of debates around filmmaking and film exhibition.
