Although not the greatest film in the world, A HAUNTED HOUSE was surprisingly funny at times, and at least stayed focused on parodying horror films. Maybe it was just in comparison to the SCARY MOVIE franchise that A HAUNTED HOUSE seemed to shine, but either way there’s a sequel on its way and here is the latest poster. A HAUNTED HOUSE 2 continues to focus on Marlon Wayans’ Malcolm as he attempts to start a life with his new girlfriend. On a budget of just $2.5 million, the original managed to bring in a worldwide box-office total of $60 million, so a sequel was kind of inevitable.
A HAUNTED HOUSE 2 is releaed in the US on 28th March 2014 with a UK release date yet to be announced. It stars Marlon Wayans, Jaime Pressly, Essence Atkins, Gabriel Iglesias, and Cedric The Entertainer.
