We’re still unsure if SAW V director David Hackl’s long-delayed Alaskan wilderness-set thriller will stick with the original title of RED MACHINE here in the UK, or change to the now ENDANGERED moniker of its Stateside release. Certainly in Germany it’s going by the former as the below poster art proudly boasts, and in addition, we have a gory set of new stills from the survival thriller pitting bear hunter Billy Bob Thornton against the towering and furry killing machine he’s waited his whole adult life to face! Unluckily caught in the middle are Deputy Sheriff Thomas Jane, his brother James Marsen and sister-in-law Piper Perabo.
ENDANGERED (or RED MACHINE) is expected early next year.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
