It’s getting snuggly here at THN Towers as we approach the big day. Chestnuts are roasting on an open fire, we’re tucking into the mistletoe and wine, and DIE HARD is on the telly at 9 O’clock. It must be Christmas.
Speaking of DIE HARD, we posted an excellent little Mondo poster for the film a couple of days back, and today we can share with you one for another Christmas movie classic, HOME ALONE. This one comes courtesy of Adam Simpson and originally debuted earlier today at SlashFilm. The one-sheet features all of Kevin McCallister’s cheeky little traps, including the swinging paint cans and the Micro Machines that get trampled on by the two bungling burglers Harry and Marv. Apparently the posters is currently selling on eBay for a whopping $75.
HOME ALONE starred Macaulay Culkin, Daniel Stern and Joe Pesci and was directed by Chris Columbus, who went on to direct MRS. DOUBTFIRE and the first two Harry Potter movies.
