Another international trailer and brand new stills have surfaced for Darren Aronofsky’s spiritual adaptation of NOAH, which offers a new look at the story of Noah’s Ark. Russell Crowe takes the title role during a time when the world ravaged by human sin as he is given a divine mission by the Lord to build an Ark and save creation from the coming flood.
NOAH is the first of a number of forthcoming films set to breath new life into the ‘Biblical epic’. Others in the pipeline include Ridley Scott’s EXODUS starring Joel Edgerton and Christian Bale; Timur Bekmambetov’s BEN-HUR and Christopher Spencer’s SON OF GOD.
Aronofsky’s visionary epic, which he co-wrote alongside Ari Handel and John Logan, co-stars Jennifer Connelly, Emma Watson, Ray Winstone, Logan Lerman, Douglas Booth and Anthony Hopkins.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
