Still recovering from the awesomeness of ‘Day Of The Doctor’? You should be! Well, here’s a little something more concerning the upcoming Doctor Who Christmas Special. It has now been announced that the title of the episode to air on Christmas Day will be ‘The Time Of The Doctor’ which ties in nicely with the whole ‘Night Of…’/’Day Of…’ theme they’ve run with recently. It will see Matt Smith’s Doctor take on The Silence, as well as being Smith’s last adventure before Peter Capaldi takes over.
The 50th anniversary celebrations have been amazing, mostly just for the short return of Paul McGann, but the convention in London, AN ADVENTURE IN SPACE AND TIME, and of course ‘Day Of The Doctor’ were all very impressive and enjoyable.
‘Time Of The Doctor’ will air on Christmas Day in the UK on BBC1.
