DRINKING BUDDIES director Joe Swanberg has returned with the trailer for his latest project ALL THE LIGHT IN THE SKY.
Starring Jane Adams (ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF THE SPOTLESS MIND, Hung), Sophia Takal (V/H/S) and Kent Osborne (Adventure Time), the film focuses on Marie, a middle-aged actress struggling to find work. When her young niece comes to stay, the two discuss the ups and downs of the industry, and hash out their problems and insecurities. The trailer shows off the film’s hyper-realistic, truthful approach in direction, making it feel as if you’re in the room with the characters.
ALL THE LIGHT IN THE SKY premiered at the 2012 AFI Film Festival and will be available on VOD from 3rd December. Showings in selected US cinemas will follow from 20th December.

Considering Jazmine grew up watching CARRY ON SCREAMING, THE LION KING and JURASSIC PARK on repeat for weeks on end, it made sense for her to study film at London South Bank University. It’s also a good thing that her course requires a lot of sitting down because she’s very accident-prone. When she’s not examining her bruises, she likes pretending that she doesn’t live in Southend-On-Sea and spends hours mindlessly blogging. Favourite films include BLUE VALENTINE, ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF THE SPOTLESS MIND and TOY STORY 2.
