Go Ape For The New ‘Tarzan’ Trailer

Before I move onto the news, I feel genuinely ashamed for using such a generic and predictable pun in the title of this article. If you can come up with a better one, please let me know.

An all-new German-language trailer has been released for Constantin Film’s animated 3D-fest TARZAN. The American-German-French film is currently screening in Germany and Russia and is set to release elsewhere in 2014.

Directed and co-written by Reinhard Klooss, TARZAN is one of numerous adaptations of Edgar Rice Burrough’s immortal novel ‘Tarzan Of The Apes’. The film extensively uses motion capture, which was recorded by the English-language voice actors themselves at the Bavaria Film Studio, Munich. Tarzan is portrayed by Kellan Lutz, known for his role as Emmett Cullen in the TWILIGHT saga, while RESIDENT EVIL’s ‘K-Mart’, Spencer Locke, plays Jane Porter.

Unfortunately for non-German speakers, this new trailer does not feature subtitles, but it still gives audiences a good impression of the film. Hopefully an English-language version will be released in the near future for this version. However you can catch the first English-languge trailer by clicking this link, if you missed it a few months back.

TARZAN swings into UK cinemas on 2nd May 2014.
