Because the lad is bigger than Jesus, Justin Bieber’s latest big screen adventure will be released on Christmas Day. Hallelujah! Jon M. Chu returns to the director’s chair to follow the young singer’s continuing exploits after their 2011 outing, JUSTIN BIEBER: NEVER SAY NEVER. The tagline on this latest poster boasts, “Behind the headlines. Beyond the spotlight. Lies the real story.” I’m hoping the word “lies” is a play on words, but that’s probably hoping for too much. It would most certainly be an interesting watch if it followed Bieber’s path of destruction across the world over the last year or so, which has seen him urinating in mop buckets in resterraunts, turning up late for his own concerts, attacking the paparazzi, illegally painting graffiti on buildings, and being recorded after alleged one night stands. However, it’s probably one for the fans.
Parts of the poster were scattered over three websites, which fans then had to put together and tweet, which then revealed the full poster.
JUSTIN BIEBER’S BELIEVE is released on 25th December in the US. No international release dates announced as of yet.
