All the talk recently has seen the stunning Lady Sif – THOR: THE DARK WORLD’s Jaimie Alexander – linked to the female lead in Zack Snyder’s untitled Batman/Superman project. It’s thought the role will introduce Wonder Women to the DC universe created by the MAN OF STEEL filmmaker and his screenwriter David S. Goyer. Well, we now have news of another name Warner Bros. are eying and considering Alexander is already part of the Marvel franchise, this could well be more likely.
The equally talented and gorgeous Olga Kurylenko is said to have been asked to test for the role in the sequel pitting the Dark Knight against the indestructible Kyptonian. Somewhere in that plot, it’s expected to feature Billionaire balding “businessman” Lex Luthor, with the likes of Mark Strong and Bryan Cranston rumoured for the villain role. Kurylenko most recently featured in sci-fi thriller OBLIVION opposite Tom Crusie, and is also known for her work in QUANTUM OF SOLACE and SEVEN PSYCHOPATHS.
So, who would be your choice for the Amazonian Princess? Alexander or Kurylenko?

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
