It looks like everybody’s favourite NBC smash is getting another BREAKING BAD alumni in its mist, but this time they’re going to the big boss man! It was revealed today that Vince Gilligan will be joining season five of COMMUNITY in a guest starring role.
The creator of BREAKING BAD (and the reason for all of our heartache for the last few years) will be joining the comedy as a smooth talking gold-digger who comes in between Annie (Alison Brie) and Abed (Danny Pudi). This is the second BREAKING BAD face COMMUNITY has picked up this season, the first being Jonathan Banks. He will join the show as an intense criminology professor for 11 episodes. It’s not clear yet whether he will be working with his old boss, only time will tell!
The news of high profile guest stars come to COMMUNITY following a hard cast change. Fan favourite Donald Glover revealed that he will not be returning to the show due to personal reasons (it was originally thought that he left to focus on his music career) and Chevy Chase left the show at the end of season four.
