Earlier today we brought you our review of Jon Turteltaub’s Sin City-set geriatric comedy LAST VEGAS. The film assembles four legendary Oscar-winners in the story seeing a group of childhood best friends head to the strip for the ultimate bachelor party, after Billy (Michael Douglas) finally pops the question to his much-younger girlfriend. Pals Paddy (Robert De Niro), Archie (Morgan Freeman) and Sam (Kevin Kline) have a plan to send him off in style. However, they find that Vegas has very much changed since the last time they ventured there!
The film looks genuine guilty pleasure and here we have a couple of featurettes looking at the production and cast.
LAST VEGAS is released on the 1st November in the US and the UK 20th December. It also features Mary Steenburgen, Jerry Ferrara, Romany Malco, Weronika Rosati and Roger Bart.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
