My Halloween parties last approximately 13 minutes, and this is all because of my lackluster playlist. It starts with This Is Halloween from THE NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS, followed by The Monster Mash, and finishing with Michael Jakson’s Thriller. Then I’m spent. Luckily my Christmas parties are much more banging.
Fortunately I won’t have such a problem this year, thanks to the original soundtrack (OST to those in the biz) to John Carpenter’s Halloween being released on a sexy vinyl print. The cover is a white faced William Shatner mask, the mini-circle in the middle (which probably has a technical name) is a pumpkin, and it looks bloody gorgeous. Not to mention the fact that the score, composed by John Carpenter himself, is an absolute corker.
With packaging design from Phantom City Creative, and being released by movie poster gods, Mondo, all fans will definitely want this first ever release of the soundtrack on Vinyl.
