THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE and POLTERGEIST’s legendary horrormeister Tobe Hooper is finally back behind the camera for another frightfest! It may have been languishing and collecting dust for a couple of years (we first brought you the first 4 minute trailer over a year and half) now but a brand new trailer for DJINN suggests Hooper’s latest horror is set for a release very soon in the UK and US.
The supernatural thriller tells of a couple who return home to their United Arab Emirates after a stint living in the US. Settling back into their home, they soon learn that their new apartment in a luxury high-rise was built on the site of an abandoned fishing village which was also home to the malevolent beings known as Djinn.
DJINN was shot entirely on location in Abu Dhabi and stars Khalid Laith, Paul Luebke and Aiysha Hart.
