Lars Von Trier continues to tease us and engage in a little foreplay with another taster for his big 2014 movie NYMPHOMANIAC. The film, which hits the director’s native Denmark on Christmas Day this year, will apparently be delivered in two versions; a cinema friendly 18-rated version, and a hardcore, I guess R18 version, though quite how that will be made available to audiences, I don’t know (I’m guessing a PPV online stream).
Stellan Skarsgard, Jamie Bell, Connie Nielsen, Stacy Martin, Shia LaBeouf, Kate Ashfield, Christian Slater, Willem Dafoe, Jean-Marc Barr and Udo Kier star in the film.
In this clip entitled ‘Delirium,’ we hear Stellan Skarsgard’s character reciting a verse from Edgar Allen Poe’s ‘The Fall Of The House Of Usher’ on the soundtrack, and a single black-and-white tracking shot following a female character walking towards a hospital. Your guess is as good as ours.
Check out the new clip below, and the previous three here.
