Emile Hirsch Fronts ‘The Motel Life’ And ‘Bonnie And Clyde’ Trailers

Emile Hirsch, one of the best actors in young Hollywood has been a little quiet of late with last year’s fantastic KILLER JOE being the last time we saw him on-screen. With the exception of the Wachowski’s epilepsy inducing SPEED RACER, Hirsch has had a pretty strong career within the independent movie industry with highlights including MILK, the previously mentioned KILLER JOE  and INTO THE WILD, for which he should have at least been nominated for an Oscar.

People thinking that Hirsch was on hiatus would be wrong as the actor has actually been exceptionally busy. Recently we brought you the trailer for his next screen outing PRINCE AVALANCHE, which will be released in the UK on 18th October. Today we bring you not one, but two trailers featuring Hirsch, THE MOTEL LIFE and BONNIE AND CLYDE.

Based on a novel by Willy Vlautin, and directed by Gabe and Alan Polsky, THE MOTEL LIFE sees Hirsch star alongside Dakota Fanning and Stephen Dorff. The plot focusses on Hirsch and Dorff who play brothers trying to hide their connection to a fatal accident. Though no UK date has been given yet the film is due for release in the US in November, check out the trailer below:

The second project is television mini-series Bonnie and Clyde. A new version of the famous tale, Hirsch stars opposite The Borgias’ Holliday Grainger as the titular Clyde. Scheduled to air on American television on 8th December the two-part drama also stars William Hurt and Holly Hunter. See the teaser trailer below:
