During a recent sit-down with Collider for his performance in 12 YEARS A SLAVE, Michael Fassbender answered some questions provided to him via Twitter that were on everyone’s mind regarding PROMETHEUS, ASSASSIN’S CREED and X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST.
Unfortunately, it looks as if the answers we were all looking for at the end of PROMETHEUS may never come to see the light of day, as when questioned as to the status of a PROMETHEUS sequel, Fassbender simply replied:
“Don’t know.”
Who knows, it may just be being kept under wraps for now.
When then questioned as to the status and filming schedule of the upcoming ASSASSIN’S CREED film, which will be based on the popular gaming series, featuring and following Ezio Auditore da Firenze, an Italian nobleman-turned-assassin, he confirms that it will indeed start filming next year:
“[it’s] happening. Not sure, it’ll be next year sometime.”
And finally, fans eagerly wished to know if there were any teasers in store for them when prompted about X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST, the upcoming sequel to the successful X-MEN prequel, X-MEN: FIRST CLASS. Fassy certainly provided a teaser alright:
“Erm. Hmm. I’m not sure what I’m allowed to say about that. It’s going to be a must see-experience. I’m just trying to give any sort of tid-bits that I can reveal…
… Errr. Nope.”
