I’m not only a fan of Cormac McCarthy but of pretty much everyone involved with THE COUNSELLOR and so with every little tease of Ridley Scott’s upcoming thriller, I get more exciting for what’s to come.
Today, we’ve got this great new clip that goes some way to building the tension of Michael Fassbender’s lead character ‘The Counsellor’, in deep, worried conversation with Javier Bardem’s ‘Reiner’. The basic premise is that this counselor (US)/counsellor (UK) is in over his head after he gets involved in drug trafficking.
If you’re looking for more then you find a host of stills over here and also the international trailer from last month. THE COUNSELLOR also co-stars Brad Pitt, Penelope Cruz, Cameron Diaz, Natalie Dormer and more. It opens in the UK on November 15th and in the USA on October 25th. Enjoy:
