Following swiftly after internet domains were registered by Paramount Pictures and Hasbro in a number of different titles, we can now confirm TRANSFORMERS 4 title as AGE OF EXTINCTION, just as predicted. Not only that but we have the first teaser poster for the film once again directed by Hollywood powerhouse Michael Bay.
Bay’s reunited with PAIN & GAIN lead Mark Wahlberg for the third sequel in the battling bot franchise, and a reboot of sorts with the action centring on a brand new set of human characters. What do you guys think!
TRANSFORMERS: AGE OF EXTINCTION is now slated for a new date of the 10th July 2014 and will co-star Jack Reynor, Nicola Peltz, Stanley Tucci, Kelsey Grammer, Sophia Myles, Li Bingbing, T.J. Miller, Han Geng and Titus Welliver.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.

It’s going to be a terrible film, there’ very little evidence to doubt that. However, with the Dinobots FINALLY getting a spot in the limelight, the movie will still be pretty badass. Terrible, but badass.
