It’s the old ‘going home because life’s gone wrong‘ setup for GIRL MOST LIKELY but with great female leads in the shape of Kristen Wiig and Annette Being and, from the trailer, you have the feeling they both knew the other would be in this and wanted to do it.
Generally, it looks like pretty run-of-the-mill stuff which is – again from the trailer – a little disappointing but maybe they’ve got the editing on a less inspiring day. However, there’s always time for some Wiig as Imogene and Bening looks to be on top ‘crazy mother‘ form and so with those two there’s definitely some hope.
GIRL MOST LIKELY also stars Darren Criss and Matt Dillon (who I think I last saw in CRASH) back to his odd ways. You can also check out some amusing stills by clicking along here for another look into the madness. Here’s that trailer:
