Fantastic First Trailer For Dexter Fletcher’s Feature ‘Sunshine On Leith’

Back at the beginning of last month, we got the first details of Dexter Fletcher’s next directorial feature SUNSHINE ON LEITH and now we’re very pleased to be sharing the first trailer to share with THN readers.

SUNSHINE ON LEITH has a contemporary twist and tells a romantic and uplifting story of two young soldiers returning to family life after service in Afghanistan. It’s written and adapted by Stephen Greenhorn from his hugely successful stage play of the same name, and includes the music of The Proclaimers to help tell the story, so we’re eager to see how they bring this heartfelt project to the big screen.

There’s an impressive cast as well in the form of Peter Mullan, Jane Horrocks, George Mackay, Kevin Guthrie, Antonia Thomas and Freya Mavor.
