The IRON MAN 3 Blu-ray and DVD release will be absolutely loaded with extra features but one of them you don’t have to wait for is the behind the scenes look at the upcoming THOR: THE DARK WORLD as you can click the video below. Though there isn’t anything in the way of new footage, we do get to hear a little bit from director Alan Taylor and president of Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige as well as the returning Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman and Tom Hiddleston who reprise their respective roles of Thor, Jane Foster and Loki.
Hemsworth says the film will see Thor “stepping into the role of king and coming to terms with the responsibilities that becoming king carries” as well as attempting to fend off the dark elven army of Malekith the Accursed (Christopher Eccleston). With AVENGERS ASSEMBLE stepping up the Earth based spectacle, the Thor sequel looks to explore more of the nine realms in the form of return to Asgard as well as the dark elven realm of Svartalfheim.
THOR: THE DARK WORLD will hit theaters on 8th November, will star Chris Hemsworth, Christopher Eccletson, Natalie Portman, Tom Hiddleston, Anthony Hopkins and Idris Elba and will be directed by Alan Taylor. IRON MAN 3 will be available on 3D Blu-ray, Blu-ray and DVD on 24th September.
