The Rock loves his Twitter account, almost as much as Vin Diesel, and today has given us all another little insight into the sheer scale of the HERCULES: THE THRACIAN WARS set and, with it, also revealing his excitement with this tweet:
The most amazing set I’ve ever stepped foot on. Honored to play this role. #HERCULESMovie pic.twitter.com/3ZyAauQzOY

Here’s a slightly bigger image from that original Tweet for you:
Impressive stuff!
Nice to see some set work still going among these days of CGI-extremism and for those looking forward, HERCULES: THE THRACIAN WARS is directed by Brett Ratner and due for release in 2014. It co-stars Ian McShane, Rufus Sewell, Joseph Fiennes, Peter Mullan, John Hurt, Rebecca Ferguson and Ingrid Bolsø Berdal.
Dan loves writing, film, music and photography. Originally from Devon, he did London for 4 years and now resides in Exeter. He also has a mild obsession with squirrels and cake. The latter being more of a hobby. Favourite movies include HIGH FIDELITY, ALMOST FAMOUS, ROXANNE, GOOD WILL HUNTING, JURASSIC PARK, too many Steve Martin films and Nolan's BATMAN universe.
