Yes, that’s right, a MERLIN movie is happening, but before some of you get all excited, it will have nothing to do with that Saturday teatime series that ran on the BBC a little while ago. Dave Hill (GAME OF THRONES) and David Farr (HANNA), are setting up a project at Warner Bros. and are penning the screenplay for the new project.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, it sounds like that both writers pitched the studio a new take on a MERLIN movie, and the WB liked both, so they may be combining them? Possibly.
That’s about all the info we have at the mo, but we’ll keep you updated…
