Alec Baldwin is in talks to join Cameron Crowe’s latest project; currently known as UNTITLED CAMERON CROWE PROJECT. Details of the movie are being kept firmly under wraps but we do know Crowe will write and direct and already signed on to the cast are Emma Stone, Bradley Cooper, Rachel McAdams and Danny McBride.
Baldwin’s main focus of the last few years has been NBC’s Golden Globe-winning TV comedy 30 Rock, created by Saturday Night Live alumni Tina Fey, which finished up after seven seasons earlier this year. He has continued his big screen presence with roles in IT’S COMPLICATED, ROCK OF AGES and RISE OF THE GUARDIANS. Woody Allen’s latest release BLUE JASMINE in September will be the next time we see Baldwin on our screens alongside Sally Hawkins and Cate Blanchett.
The UNTITLED CAMERON CROWE PROJECT will be Crowe’s first directorial outing since 2011’s WE BOUGHT A ZOO. It is believed production will begin later this year but no release date has yet been scheduled.

I bloody love the Baldwin and – very particularly – Cameron Crowe projects! This is looking awesome.
Also, don’t forget he’d done quite a lot before 30 Rock a la Beetlejuice, Hunt For Red October, The Departed…
