One thing that really kicked things off nicely at today’s Hall H panels was the first part of the Universal double-header. Sharing the presentation with RIDDICK, KICK-ASS 2 was presented to a screaming, hungry crowd this lunchtime as the film’s writer and director Jeff Wadlow, stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Christopher Mintz-Plasse and John Leguizamo, took to the stage to present some brand new footage from the film, and do a live Q+A with the audience.
Part of that footage was an extended, very NSFW trailer that has just been released online together with a lot more of Chloë Grace Moretz and Jim Carrey. Hall H were shown a toned down version of this for fear of under 18s sitting in the crowd, so this features some stuff that even hardcore Comic-Conners haven’t had the pleasure of viewing yet.
