I’m probably not a one-man machine in selling ELYSIUM to everyone I can think of, but I think it’s going to be something pretty special. Director Neill Blomkamp’s follow up to the excellent DISTRICT 9 has today given us the first TV Spot for the thriller starring Matt Damon, Jodie Foster and Sharlto Copley. The film is set in the year 2154, where the very wealthy live on a man-made space station while the rest of the population resides on a ruined Earth, a man takes on a mission that could bring equality to the polarized worlds.
I enjoyed the first trailer and I also like the fact that we’re not being given too much information, however, this clip gives us a few new shots for the film released in the USA on August 9th they’ve fantastically moved forward the UK release date to August 23rd. Enjoy the clip:
