MEN IN BLACK 3 and GANGSTER SQUAD star Josh Brolin looks set to join Paul Thomas Anderson’s new project INHERENT VICE.
Although it’s not confirmed who Brolin will play, the film already has a brilliant line-up. Joaquin Phoenix will feature as the marijuana-smoking detective Larry ‘Doc’ Sportello who is hired to help find a missing girl who he had previous relations with. Co-starring Reese Witherspoon, Jena Malone, Martin Short, Owen Wilson and Sean Penn, Brolin would just be adding to an already talented line-up.
Adapted from the novel written by Thomas Pynchon, PTA plans to start shooting soon. Hopefully this will be a stellar follow-up to his last rated/slated feature THE MASTER.
