Over the weekend, and even today, we’ve feel like we’ve been bombarded with a terrific images, posters and footage from Zack Snyder’s forthcoming Superman reboot, MAN OF STEEL. Not that we’re complaining. We’re just hoping the Warner Bros. production does for Kal-El what Christopher Nolan (who also produces) did for the Caped Crusader by replacing the (loveable) camp with gritty class! The first rate cast can only help with cinematic greats like Costner and Crowe appearing alongside intense scene-stealers Laurence Fishburne and Michael Shannon. Henry Cavill doesn’t look to shabby either as our Kryptonian superhero.
So, why stop with the goodies now. Check out these new images and details of the supporting characters, which include the adorable Amy Adams, Diane Lane, Ayelet Zurer and Christopher Meloni. Remember, MAN OF STEEL will dominate cinemas from 14th June!

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
