A Rhino Tease(?) & Garfield & Foxx Together On ‘Amazing Spider-Man 2’ Set!

While we’ve previously brought you set stills from Marc Webb’s currently-shooting superhero sequel, THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2, (featuring Andrew Garfield’s wall-crawler and Jamie Foxx’s electrifying villain), we haven’t seen them together. Well, we here at THN are not ones to disappoint so we have some impressive images of our costumed charlatan alongside the Oscar-winner Foxx as main threat Max Dillon (pre transformation).

We also have a teasing image coming via Webb himself, perhaps giving us a little fang-tastic hint at Paul Giamatti’s side-pyscho, Rhino’s inclusion close by an out of focus Colm Feore.

Returning alongside Garfield is Emma Stone as true love Gwen Stacey, who is expected to seal her doomed fate in the film, which will bring Shailene Woodley’s Mary Jane into the fore. Dane DeHaan and Chris Cooper will also appear as rebooted flawed father and son, Harry and Norman Osborne, although it’s still unsure how much each character plays in the script (rumours suggest Cooper will only appear in the closing credits, setting up his role in the concluding part of the trilogy).

Anyhoo, those main images which prove a dweeby Dillon will be an Oscorp employee before his tragic accident turns him lively!

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.

That’s not a rhino jawbone. That’s a saber tooth tiger skull. Anyone who could mess that up has absolutely NO business being a writer, much less passing kindergarten.

“Rhino’s possible jawbone” How do you manage to make that leap? Have you ever seen a pic of a rhino? Try google.

No you are terrible. How is a saber-toothed tiger’s skull “Rhino’s possible jawbone?”

LOL even enough gusto to argue “i said perhaps” i would have had a better time reading how you thought sabretooth would cross over into spider man.

should have just posted the pictures.

Did Andrew Garfield even work out for this film. He looks like a college freshman that’s ran out financial aid.

OK, I’m not gonna throw verbal abuse at the guy but that is pretty obviously a sabre tooth tiger skull and has nothing to do with Rhino.
