Last year saw elderly action stars Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone team-up for THE EXPENDABLES 2. This year they have each released a stand alone film, THE LAST STAND and BULLET TO THE HEAD, neither of which made a big splash at the box-office. Perhaps that is why their upcoming feature THE TOMB has changed its title to the plot descriptive ESCAPE PLAN. THE TOMB would have been easily mocked had it “died” at the box-office, let alone taken into consideration the ages of its stars. ESCAPE PLAN will at least let the punters know exactly what they are going to see, as the film focuses on convicts attempting to escape from a prison. An escape they will no doubt have to plan for.
ESCAPE PLAN will be released on 13th September, two weeks earlier than previously scheduled. It stars Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, Jim Caviezel, 50 Cent, Sam Neill, Vincent D’Onofrio, and Vinnie Jones.

Luke likes many things, films and penguins being among them. He's loved films since the age of 9, when STARGATE and BATMAN FOREVER changed the landscape of modern cinema as we know it. His love of film extends to all aspects of his life, with trips abroad being planned around film locations and only buying products featured in Will Smith movies. His favourite films include SEVEN SAMURAI, PASSION OF JOAN OF ARC, IN BRUGES, LONE STAR, GODZILLA, and a thousand others.
