Sky Movies Disney, the home of new and classic Disney movies, has now launched in the UK and Ireland on Sky channel 305, On Demand and on the move via Sky Go. Available exclusively to Sky Movies customers, the magical new channel offers viewers a fantastic range of Disney titles – including animated classics, live action adventures, Disney-Pixar favourites and the latest blockbusters – with flexibility over where, when and how they choose to enjoy them.
Arriving just in time for the Easter holidays, Sky Movies Disney launches with the UK TV premiere of Academy® Award winning Disney/Pixar adventure BRAVE alongside a selection of timeless favourites including BAMBI, PINOCCHIO and CINDERELLA and modern classics A BUG’S LIFE, CARS and PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN.
To mark the launch of this magical new channel, Sky Movies put on a screening of Disney movies for a group of Dalmatian puppies and their parents, recreating the iconic living room scene from the original 101 DALMATIANS and you can check out the video here.
Customers can enjoy the live action 101 DALMATIANS with Glenn Close on Sky Movies Disney, On Demand and on the move via Sky Go in April. You can see all the fun on Twitter under the hashtag #SkyMoviesDisneyDay and at http://twitter.com/skymovies
