Cool New Teaser Poster For ‘Star Trek Into Darkness’

Some of the folks at THN Towers were lucky enough to see some jaw-dropping footage from J. J. Abrams’ sci-fi sequel, STAR TREK INTO DARKNESS, on Friday in a special preview event in London. Our Emma has promised Trekkies and sci-fi geeks will not be let down as Kirk (Chris Pine) and crew grapple with Benedict Cumberbatch’s still-mysterious villain in the all-star follow-up to the impressive reboot from 2009. A bold statement to make (of which you can read her spoiler-free thoughts HERE), but did we expect anything else from the geek-God himself?

STAR TREK INTO DARKNESS will be unleashed in the US and the UK from the 9th May and following hot-on-the-heels for yesterdays trailer, we have a look at the latest teaser poster. Excited? Silly question… sorry.

This is a fan made poster and dates back to when the first trailer came out. The person who made it posted it on TrekBBS based on early leaked descriptions of the trailer simply describing the Enterprise as crashing into the water (which we later found out wasn’t the Enterprise at all.) This is in no way, shape or form “Official.” It’s still cool though.
