Robert Downey Jr. will blast back into cinemas from the 26th April (3rd May for the US) in Shane Black’s superhero sequel, IRON MAN 3. The action-packed follow-up to THE AVENGERS sees Tony Stark need to suit-up once again as the billionaire metallic mastermind, after the deadly Extremis virus is unleashed on the globe.
Following last week’s new character poster for Don Cheadle’s Jim Rhodes as the Iron Patriot, we have a (rather unrealistic) look at Guy Pearce’s slimy scientist Aldrich Killian in this character poster. Pearce has stated that his role is nothing more than a cameo but maybe he was being a little ‘playful’ considering his villain and creator of the aforementioned toxin has landed his own poster.
IRON MAN 3 will also co-star Ben Kingsley, Gwyneth Paltrow, Rebecca Hall, Stephanie Szostak, James Badge Dale, Jon Favreau, Wang Xueqi, and Paul Bettany.
