If nothing else, the month of March will finally get G.I. JOE: RETALIATION into the world after a delay of 9 months. That’s the same length of a pregnancy, so I imagine March will be a popular name for Joe. It’s inevitable. It’s resulted in a year of advertising that has put extra emphasis on the mostly new cast, a 3D conversion, and talk of last minute extended scenes for Channing Tatum. John Chu takes over directing from Stephen Summers, and with a track record of dance/music focused films, I think he’ll display some refreshing takes on action sequences. Either that or we’ll see Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow bust a move. Here are two new TV spots showcasing some action thrills that have me very excited.
G.I. JOE: RETALIATION is set for release 29th March 2013. It stars Dwayne Johnson, Bruce Willis, Channing Tatum, Ray Park, Adrianne Palicki, RZA, Jonathan Pryce, Lee Byung Hun, and Ray Stevenson.

Luke likes many things, films and penguins being among them. He's loved films since the age of 9, when STARGATE and BATMAN FOREVER changed the landscape of modern cinema as we know it. His love of film extends to all aspects of his life, with trips abroad being planned around film locations and only buying products featured in Will Smith movies. His favourite films include SEVEN SAMURAI, PASSION OF JOAN OF ARC, IN BRUGES, LONE STAR, GODZILLA, and a thousand others.
