A few weeks ago we brought you images of a statuette from Zack Snyder’s MAN OF STEEL. One that showcased the mighty man himself – Henry Cavill’s Superman – with word that villains Zod (Michael Shannon) and Faore (Antje Traue) were also going to be made available. We promised as soon as we were able to, that we’d bring those images to you, and THN are not ones to let you down. Well, we’ve gone one better as we have bunch of new images, which include Russell Crowe’s Jor-El, from the toy fair that gave fans the opportunity to check these collectables out for themselves. And boy are they beauties!
Snyder’s superhero reboot will see Clark Kent’s origin from Kryptonian child survivor to world saviour as he struggles to adapt in life on Earth. A struggle made all the more difficult with the arrival of his home planet headcase, General Zod and more!
MAN OF STEEL co-stars Kevin Costner, Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne, Diane Lane, Christopher Meloni, and flies into cinemas 14th June.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
