The latest animated effort on the way will be the Weinstein Company’s all-star science-fiction comedy, ESCAPE FROM PLANET EARTH. The film will follow blue alien Astronaut Scorch Supernova, who finds himself caught in a trap when he responds to an SOS from a notoriously dangerous and distance alien planet… Earth!
Check out this new poster collection from animated film featuring the voice talent of Brendan Fraser, Sarah Jessica Parker, Rob Corddry, Jane Lynch, Craig Robinson, Jessica Alba, Chris Parnell, James Cordon, William Shatner, Paul Reubens and Sofia Vergara. Cal Brunkner directs.
ESCAPE FROM PLANET EARTH will invade cinemas from the 14th February in the US, while a UK date is still to be confirmed. We’ve also added the first trailer and television spots for those who missed them.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
