It’s going to be difficult for filmmaker Taylor Hackford to top previous big-screen outings for author Donald E. Westlake’s literary antihero, PARKER. When you consider John Boorman’s brilliant and brutal POINT BLANK, Robert Duvall-led THE OUTFIT and Brian Helgeland/Mel Gibson’s darkly comic collaboration, PAYBACK, can the Oscar-winning RAY director really compete? We’ll soon find out, but fingers crossed the Jason Statham-starring action-thriller is in the least, fun.
Check out this first clip and yet another of trio of international posters, for the film co-starring Jennifer Lopez, Clifton Collins Jr., Michael Chiklis, Nick Nolte and hits US cinemas 25th January and the UK on the 8th March.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
