Chad Crawford Kinkle’s upcoming creepy and controversial thriller JUG FACE, has unleashed a first teaser trailer that reunites Lauren Ashley Carter and Sean Bridgers from the intense horror festival favourite, THE WOMAN. Like Lucky McKee’s unsettling effort, JUG FACE is making waves on festival circuit after winning the Grand Prize at the 2011 Slamdance screenwriting competition, and will make an appearance at this years event.
The film follows teenager Ada, pregnant with her brother’s child, who tries to escape from her backwoods community when she discovers she is to be sacrificed to a horrific creature lurking in the town pit. We’ve also added the new equally creepy poster.
JUG FACE also stars Sean Young, Daniel Manche and WENDIGO writer/director Larry Fessenden. There is currently no release details available.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
