Universal Pictures last night announced…JURASSIC PARK 4 and it’ll also be in 3D! There’s also the astonishing news that for the first time ever, it’ll feature real-life dinosaurs made from mosquitoes blood found in amber and they’ve linked the missing DNA by using frogs…wait, oh, that was real, right?!
The best news is that Steven Spielberg is set to produce the fourth outing, which amazingly is the first return since 2001. This would definitely explain the temporary stop of ROBOPOCALYPSE that we announced earlier this week and even though I’m not sure it’s necessary, with the legendary director on board, there must be a reason he wants to revisit.
JURASSIC PARK 3D is released in the UK this summer (the date keeps moving around), and then JURASSIC PARK 4 3D would be set for a June 13, 2014 opening. One last thing, did you know that originally the 4th film was due to see dinosaurs given human DNA and we’ve got the original concept art to prove it. Plus, if you love Stan Winston’s amazing animatronics, go behind-the-scenes with a closer look at the T-Rex, it’s amazing.
So, what are your hopes for JURASSIC PARK 4? Let us know!
