At 7.33am GMT (which I believe will be around 11.30pm PST or 3.30am EST for our US readers) on Wednesday 9th January 2013, the nominations for the EE British Academy Film Awards will be announced. The BAFTAS are always a favourite time of year over here at THN, and we can’t wait to bring you all of the gossip and coverage from the actual awards in February. Of course THN will also have a full list of the nominations shortly after the live announcement at BAFTA, but we will also be live-streaming the nomination ceremony, which this year will be presented by Alice Eve, Jeremy Irvine and BAFTA Chairman John Willis.
The EE British Academy Film Awards will take place on Sunday 10 February 2013 and will be held for the seventh year running at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden. Hosted by Stephen Fry, and sponsored by EE, the Awards will be broadcast exclusively on BBC One and BBC One HD that evening, preceded by a red carpet show on BBC Three.
We’ll bring you more coverage of the awards leading up to, and on the big day on February 10th. The live stream will display below.
