Is it too early to say that this will be the greatest collaboration we’re going to see in 2013? Baz Luhrmann’s adaptation of THE GREAT GATSBY finally has a score attached to it, and it was revealed that none other than Jay-Z and The Bullits will be creating the music for one of the most anticipated films of 2013.
Jeymes Samuel, singer and producer for The Bullits, took to the band’s twitter account and made the big reveal. He said:
There had been a lot of speculation as to who was going to do the score, with massive stars like Prince and Lady Gaga wanting the role.
THE GREAT GATSBY, starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Carey Mulligan, is set to be released 17th May.
